The interconnectivity between project management features, task tracking, and session traceability.

The initial impression (relatively short) of the tool's complexity. This is an element that must be taken into account during the implementation phase in order to overcome any potential resistance to change within the operational layers of the company. What problems is WEDO solving and how is that benefiting you?

WEDO allows structuring projects and gathering all related elements in a single tool. It allows, which is probably the most valuable from my point of view, to reduce the daily mental load by placing key elements on WEDO, in the defined workspace, so that information, tasks, limits, frameworks, documents, are reviewed in due time, by the desired people, with traceability and tracking. "The collaborative tool that has freed our HR brains!"

What do you like best about WEDO?

Wedo has transformed the way we work within the HR department. The interface is clear, intuitive, and truly designed for collaborative work. The shared checklist function has become our backbone: it allows us to track processes involving multiple people (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files) without losing track. What do you dislike about WEDO?

Honestly, very few things.

Perhaps a direct integration with our HR tools (e.g., Business Central or SharePoint) would be a real plus in the future.

But for the rest, it's solid: the stability, responsiveness, and clarity of Wedo make it a no-frills product, but remarkably effective.

The more advanced features require a learning phase, but that's the case with any software as soon as you want to reflect the complexity of certain processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WEDO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wedo has solved a chronic problem in our organization: the dispersion of information and responsibilities. Previously, our task follow-ups and reports were scattered among emails, Word files, and individual memories. Today, everything is centralized, visible, and shared. HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, departures, internal validations) progress without energy loss or untimely follow-ups. Result: reduced stress, increased clarity, and smoother communication between departments. Wedo is clearly evolving in the right direction, with relevant updates and attentive customer support. Possibility to organize all your activities, sessions, and tasks with a single program. Moreover, the search engine is very efficient and allows you to find everything you are looking for with just one word! Customer service, tutorial, YouTube video at the TOP! I use WEDO every day!
