In my case Microsoft 365 There is a chat box. There exists an email reply with purchase code of the product. **What do you dislike about WebShopHub?** The price feels almost "too good to be true." Scam-detector.com rates it 60/100, 100 being the most trustworthy. However, in the evaluation of "proximity to potential harmful websites" the higher the rating the more risky. This is reflected in the 60/100 rating scale. WebShopHub does not explain to the consumer "what it is", its "association" with DigiStore, Optimumrios, apparently vendors of other vendors' products and billing service company?? And any email sent does not reference WebShopHub in the address. The email sent to me with the product code to download Microsoft 365 was from order@advanceinspirekart.com. Who is this??? Also, the Chat Box on WebShopHub has no running date/time as conversations unfold between bot and/or live agent and customer. Additionally, there is no names to connect to who one is chatting with when it is a live customer and not a bot. WebShopHub needs to upgrade its on-line presence as more trustworthy and to actually explain its purpose and list the companies that it associates and what roles they play in a sale of a product. Additionally, the URL is webshophub.co Where's the "m"?? https://webshophub.co/ If you add an "m" you are sent to https://www.amosoft.com/ Try it. Very very strange. I opted out of purchasing this product and will request a refund. **What problems is WebShopHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have stopped its services. ### 2. Online shopping not much better compared with other websites.
