We love the CRM! this product simply allows us to run our business day to day for an fantastically low fee. We love a few features on the system such as, ability to see when a customer has viewed a quote/invoice, linking jobs to field engineers as and when to keep the workflow up to date, also the associated app used by our engineers can collect signatures of customers upon completion of work. It a cliche but we have no dislikes, as the webfletch customer services allows us to contact them for issues and possible requests. There are also regular updates to all systems that keep everything up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
