**What do you like best about webABA?**

What I like most about webaba is how organized it is, which makes it easier for our clinical staff to keep track of their session notes and stay compliant with insurance requirements.

The support we received during implementation was exceptional. We had an agent who walked us through the process and always made time to answer our doubts and questions.

The system’s performance is good as well.

**What do you dislike about webABA?**

What I dislike about webABA is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are many tabs, programs, and options, so it takes some time to get used to the layout and figure out where everything is.

**What problems is webABA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved a lot of our billing issues. With ABA, our therapists can create their notes, attach them to the session, and then bill the insurance companies smoothly.

**What do you like best about webABA?**

It’s easy to use. Reports generated are useful. Customer service is quick. Session notes and signatures can be integrated. 

**What do you dislike about webABA?**

Do not like that the app doesn’t have full functionality like the website. Some minor tweaks per company would be nice. You can only set the time by 30 min increments.

**What problems is webABA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All billing and scheduling needs including parent signatures and session notes.
