The support we received during implementation was exceptional. We had an agent who walked us through the process and always made time to answer our doubts and questions. The system’s performance is good as well. **What do you dislike about webABA?** What I dislike about webABA is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are many tabs, programs, and options, so it takes some time to get used to the layout and figure out where everything is. **What problems is webABA solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved a lot of our billing issues. With ABA, our therapists can create their notes, attach them to the session, and then bill the insurance companies smoothly. ### 2. Session notes and signatures can be integrated. **What do you dislike about webABA?** Do not like that the app doesn’t have full functionality like the website. Some minor tweaks per company would be nice.
