It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very interactive. We use it for two different countries and can easily switch back and forth between the two. We can also manually edit items, remove/add items, update items, etc with minimal help from Prowl customer service. We primarily use it to track UMAP and to see who is selling out product and we are easily able to see all resellers and track potential violations. I go in multiple times a day to make sure no one is breaking UMAP and if they are I can send an email directly from the portal. The best thing about this is that I can also see if the person/people I sent it to open/click through the email. Highly reccommend if you are looking to see where your products are listed online and if you actively track and monitor UMAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service team is a bit slow in responding and resolving the minor issues but the major ones are resolved with in a timely manner. They do have a portal you can access to file tickets and the tickets are easy to file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
