**What do you like best about WAConversionTracking?**

Two things stand out, the seamless setup and the exceptional support from the WAct team. Once the setup was done, the entire process became automated. It is more about reviewing things rather than doing a manual exercise on a daily basis, and that creates the difference. In the luxury car rental space, we were getting a lot of unqualified leads from Google Ads, people looking for vehicles that didn't match our fleet at all. WAct helped us push qualified lead data back to Google so it could find us similar, high-intent audiences. The result was a 20 to 25% improvement in lead quality

**What do you dislike about WAConversionTracking?**

It would be great to have automated daily and monthly reports sent directly to a dedicated email. Having to log into the platform to check data can be difficult when you're held up in daily operations. An automated report would make it much easier to stay on top of lead volume and conversion trends.

**What problems is WAConversionTracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WAct made communication both ways, and one-way communication is meaningless. We were spending heavily on Google Ads but couldn't optimize because unqualified leads were draining our budget. WAct automated the feedback loop between our leads and Google, which improved our ROI significantly. For anyone spending on leads and looking for better returns from the same budget, this is going to be a game changer.
