What do you like best about Vya?

Vya offers a wide variety of services and products that always meet and exceed our needs. They work with us personally to create a storefront that offers templates, image storage, promotional items, trade show graphics, and have a ton of back end options/services. We can track usage, progress, purchases, users etc. They also have many different solutions for direct mail, data, and printing. I could not ask for a more comprehensive and effective team helping with our franchise and corporate needs. The platform is easy to use both as an admin and as a user. The quality of product produced is always amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of all-inclusive service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vya?

There really is nothing I dislike about Vya. If I had to nitpick to come up with something, maybe some of the reports could be easier to refine/pull but honestly, they will step in and create the reports for me if I can't figure out how to make it work. They also offer tutorials and help guides. Even if I get a little confused by the reporting dashboard here or there, the reps and team at Vya are so amazing and always there to help it makes it a non-issue. What do you like best about Vya?

Level of service. We use several components of the Market Hub product that Vya provides and maintains for us allowing for greatly increased capacity of our limited marketing team. Although the product meets our needs in most every way, the extremely knowledgeable and accommodating staff make it the best solution for us. They have provided superior service and willingness to help us find custom solutions to accommodate ever changing business needs and adapt to growing compliance controls that we have not been able to navigate as easily with other vendors. At times, some template submissions fall under the cracks and are not worked on until I bring it to their attention. The ease of use for this tool for our employees is top notch. Our employees rarely have issues with ordering and fulfilling collateral pieces. From a marketing standpoint, we're able to quickly add, remove or change pieces on the system which is key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the challenges with this system is the distribution of the content in different mediums. For example, we have to limit the use of our employees sending pdf items via email due to regulatory considerations.
