**What do you like best about VTALL?**

Since VTALL has specifically addressed H. 323 compatibility, I can easily interface the trading turret system that is already in use in my enterprise. Having organized all my voice communication needs in one place has been very efficient for me in terms of time.

**What do you dislike about VTALL?**

It looks like VTALL does not have very well-developed collaboration tools. It is impossible to have a video conference, send messages in real time or share the screen. This makes it less suitable for use when real-time collaboration is desired.

**What problems is VTALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In relations to voice communication, VTALL has been a good upgrade especially to my trading floor. The H. 323 is compliant with the current setup, while the softphone format also means that there will be no need for expensive hardware telephones.
