**What do you like best about vrtly Inc.?**

Not much. It was better when it was FriendMedia.

**What do you dislike about vrtly Inc.?**

You can never get a live person on the other end to help you. There are no phone numbers and email is the only way to reach them. This causes significant delays when support is needed. LBVX seems to be. better choice and it is also more cost effective.

**What problems is vrtly Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vrtly allows us to post videos and before/after photos onto the TV's in our practice which advertises our services and results.
