I like the concept of making accounting easier between vacation rental accounting needs and Quickbooks. It is supposed to simplify and make it easy for non-accountants to use in their day to day business. Unfortunately it isn't "easy", it's only easy if there are no outstanding circumstances and their software does what it is supposed to at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The training and integration went way too fast and was full of errors and was confusing AND expensive! The instructor is an accountant and has a difficult time relating and presenting to a non-accountant.
The support to help people who use their product and who need assistantance is lacking. They even state that their support may be long time coming and you have to pay extra for that support. If what they say isn't clear and you state that, they get mad at you and scold you! Not patient, not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
