Very Expensive Onboarding and the ongoing support is lacking. We are searching for an alternative.

I like the concept of making accounting easier between vacation rental accounting needs and Quickbooks. It is supposed to simplify and make it easy for non-accountants to use in their day to day business. Unfortunately it isn't "easy", it's only easy if there are no outstanding circumstances and their software does what it is supposed to at all times.
