**What do you like best about Voximal?**

The solution is based on a very robust software Asterisk, but it has really evolved and now it is a solution that can make nearly everything (and now it can be used for a callbot).
The team is really reactive and helps to deal with the complexes solutions... and the make their roadmap evolve very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Voximal?**

It is made for professional, less for end user. The advantage is the full customization, not really for the end user.

**What problems is Voximal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a SVI & Callbot solution, we use it with Voxibot solution (Voximal is the technical stacks under Voxibot)
