As the only employee handling this event, I was nervous about doing it all alone, but with their support, everything went perfectly. Everything is straightforward and can be as easy as plug and play. But if you need any assistance, support has been very helpful and their response time is extremely appreciated. **What do you dislike about VoterFly?** Not many downsides. Hopefully soon there will be a mobile application for system administrators but it's honestly fine as is. **What problems is VoterFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using Voterfly to host our annual "Best of" contest since 2021 and it's been incredible. The engagement from the community has increased every year, as people love to vote for their favorite local businesses and organizations. The easy to use format for users (voters) helps encourage people to participate, since there is not a ton of information needed for someone to use the platform and cast a vote. On the back end, the admin side, the tech support is top notch and very responsive, and overall it's just a really easy to use application. ### 3. We were able to manipulate and edit on a daily basis (if we so chose), and made it really easy to have consistent branding across the board. I cannot say enough about him. Kind, generous with his time and answers to all my questions. Ryan walked us through some tough technical challenges on our end to prepare us for our Voter Fly Competition. Support was paramount. **What do you dislike about VoterFly?** First time event like this for our Chamber left me with questions I did not know how to ask. Collection of data and nominations was a bit challenging but once I understood the process, it made sense. The simplicity of the setup and ease of use for end users helped us to grow our number of votes by 5x. Ryan and his team are very talented software developers. They have developed a feature rich yet very intuitive platform for a niche application. **What do you dislike about VoterFly?** I can't think of anything specific that I felt mad the platform sub-par. Whenever we found a feature that seemed missing or perhaps wasn't working properly, Ryan was able to address it immediately. It's great when the developer can build features on the fly that make the overall platform better! **What problems is VoterFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously using a Google Docs based solution for capturing and tabulating votes. It literally took hundreds of manual hours. Now, it's all done for us using the VoterFly platform! ### 11. Our businesses were able to promote their nomination easily, and the number of votes we got was ASTONISHING! **What do you dislike about VoterFly?** I haven't found a single thing to complain about the sofware. **Recommendations to others considering VoterFly:** Any Chamber of Commerce or Community organization would benefit from using VoterFly because it directly impacts both the businesses within the community and the organization itself. Our Chamber was able to creat a new revenue stream by using the software to host our voting of our Best of Fair Oaks for the last 4 years.
