The interface is simple for our managers, and they can quickly make calls, update client statuses, review call history, and manage communication without switching between many separate tools. The CRM integration is especially useful for us because we can call clients directly from the CRM and keep all communication history organized in one place. This improved our productivity and helped us work faster with both existing and potential students. The performance of the phone system is also strong: calls connect quickly, the connection is stable, and the voice quality is clear on both sides. When we had small routing or number-formatting questions, the support team responded quickly and helped resolve them. We also appreciate the pricing and value for money. The setup was affordable for our business, the ongoing costs are clear, and the onboarding process was smooth with helpful guidance from the VoipTower team. **What do you dislike about VoipTower?** There is nothing major we dislike about the service itself. The only thing we would suggest improving is VoipTower’s online visibility. Before meeting them at a business event, it was not easy for us to find enough information about the company through regular online search. We think it would be helpful if they had more public information, examples, and search visibility for businesses looking for IP telephony, CRM integration, and communication solutions. Their service is useful, so it should be easier for potential clients to discover them online. **What problems is VoipTower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using VoipTower, we did not have a complete IP telephony system connected with our CRM, so communication with clients took more manual work and was harder to control.
