The main challenge that we face while working with vizrefra is that it does not get integrated with most of the social media platforms so we always need to copy all the articles and customer reviews from our social media platforms and then paste it to this software so that we can finally get the overall point of view of our customer and target audience this makes the process very lenthy so they should must add some integration with their tool for better productivity.
