They have delivered a best-in-class solution in terms of speed and UX. All in all we have managed to take a complex product assortment that was previously difficult to display properly in a digital space. **What do you dislike about VividWorks?** There are always some bugs along the way and some missing features when you are the first to sign up for a new application, but Vividworks has been very forthcoming in regards to feature requests and the service level has been high along the way. **What problems is VividWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vividworks has delivered a solution that enables our customers to digitally configure and purchase an assortment that has limitless combinations. Our product is modular and VividWorks makes it easy to sell through our retailers. **What do you dislike about VividWorks?** Changes are quite expensive and we usually wait for a bigger pump of updates. Sometimes it takes a while before we can update all the new products in the system. **What problems is VividWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is versatile and can be customized by choosing from various components. It can be difficult to picture as a whole and VividWorks helps the customer to comprehend the product with all of its different variants. The advanced requirements are not seen as a problem, but as an exciting project. **What do you dislike about VividWorks?** The improvement is expansion of their staff. The organization is slim; there are few keyworkes and that can make a bottleneck. That can sometimes mean longer ETA on the products. **What problems is VividWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are sending 95% of all orders through this platform. That speaks for itself how it benefits our workday. We are productive and VividWorks has optimized our old platform to something good. ### 7. Whilst it's in our best interest to reduce dependency on our staff performing those changes, sometimes it's unavoidable. Changes in staff are also sometimes unavoidable in long-term cooperation. It's true that the visual quality of 3D rendering has taken major steps in the past years. This makes the old versions of our solutions look very pale in comparison to the current practice and technology! Luckily, we've invested into developing visual quality recently and our customers can take benefit directly from these developments. For example, your solution could easily be upgraded to support 4K resolution and you can now produce high-quality rendered images automatically from the product configurations. In addition, I'm sorry if you've not received information, changes/fixes from our service team recently according to our standard practices.
