What do you like best about VividWorks?

We were the first to be a part of Vividwork's new configurator application and the experience has been very good so far. They have delivered a best-in-class solution in terms of speed and UX. All in all we have managed to take a complex product assortment that was previously difficult to display properly in a digital space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VividWorks?

There are always some bugs along the way and some missing features when you are the first to sign up for a new application, but Vividworks has been very forthcoming in regards to feature requests and the service level has been high along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VividWorks?

Selling building materials is not a simple process and I'm happy to hear we've been able to make it easier for your organisation.

With many of our larger customers such as yourselves, there are continuous changes and improvements going on all the time. Whilst it's in our best interest to reduce dependency on our staff performing those changes, sometimes it's unavoidable.

Changes in staff are also sometimes unavoidable in long-term cooperation. At VividWorks, we try to manage this by investing into making VividWorks the best possible workplace for our employees and to not push the cost of onboarding and learning customer products, environments etc. with new employees to customers as billable hours.

You are absolutely correct that in our joint project where we created a sofa configurator for the website of your business, a more detailed launch plan should have been made together with yourselves and the integrator of the website and PIM system. We'll be more strict about this going forward.

However, I am certain your business is now set to grow in the future due to the new, easier way to sell configurable sofas - really looking forward to speaking to you and hearing results!

Happy to hear we've been able to deliver you a solution that's fitted to your business processes.

We have served you directly without a local partner in Australia and that of course has had it's challenges due to the 7-hour time difference. Luckily any incidents are rare. As of today, we could solve incidents round the clock, and we've trained your IT staff to solve incidents also. We're eager to improve change management further too to reduce cycle times.
