**What do you like best about Visualsoft eCommerce platform?**

I like the ease of access with the Visualsoft eCommerce platform, which allowed me to load products onto the website effortlessly. Even for a technically illiterate eCommerce manager, it was straightforward to write up products in a CSV file and upload them to the admin panel, adding the products to the website seamlessly. The initial setup was easy as well, with a dedicated team member facilitating the switch.

**What do you dislike about Visualsoft eCommerce platform?**

Apart from loading into the website, it was very bad and overpriced compared to the competitors like Shopify. The admin panel was severely outdated, insecure with XSS vulnerabilities. The CMS also did some quirky stuff like making up random pages on the website which severely affected the website's overall SEO. For example, it created pages like /eur/<product> for multi-currency pages which were one of the hardest things to clean up. And the random categories that generated all over made the website look very unstructured.

**What problems is Visualsoft eCommerce platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me easily upload products to my website using CSV files, even without tech skills, making it straightforward to add items for purchase.
