"Outstanding Rebate Management solution"

What do you like best about Vistex?

At first I was a bit skeptical about buying this software because of the crazy implementation that I saw in other rebate management products, but Vistex proved me wrong. I have been using Vistex for more than a year now and what I like about it is the way it eases the work of rebate management by giving us insights on sales rebates, volume rebates, purchasing rebates, and growth rebates. The real-time eye on the rebate eligibility check, claims processing, financial settlement posting, and calculation of the extra discounts on the additional purchase by the customers has saved our lives from the manual work our team used to do before. With so many onboarded programs in our organization, it was nearly impossible to understand where all the money was going because we were working manually before using this tool. But after onboarding it, we know the records of every single penny that comes and goes. It has really helped our whole team in pricing, rebate management, and revenue management a lot that words are getting short to express my gratitude towards this company and their support. "Compensation Plan as core business process is reliable running in Vistex"

What do you like best about Vistex?

We have been using Vistex in SAP ECC for more than 6 years and the defined agreements for our complex compensation plan as core business process is running correctly and it is reliable. The upside to use Vistex is that we can pay to our Consultants in the second day of the month, having all the calculations and validations during the first day of the month. Also counting with the Vistex VitalLink support as a partner for production support it is definitely a great advantage for us, they are always responsive to our needs. We have our quarterly meeting also with the Vistex Customer Success team who is very close to us and take care of our needs and future projects. Thanks Vistex team for your help and support.
