The most hepful tool VCM has to offer is it automatically creates ID numbers for the number of participants/users you are helping with. One thing it is good for is documentation. It is easy to navigate when it comes to enrolling new clients. They have good support system and are able to navigate to get exactly ehrre you need in order to get ur questions answereed. I use VCM almost every day to input data and collect new clients informations. It is easily integration. There are many implememations that I do enjoy using.
