**What do you like best about VinNOW?**

it is simple and there is a great training module 

**What do you dislike about VinNOW?**

sometimes there are glitches in the system, but customer service is very helpful and responsive 

**Recommendations to others considering VinNOW:**

Work the training program. It simulates actual transactions to the T and was so helpful when I was learning 

**What problems is VinNOW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gives you data reports so you can monitor sales, employee progress and analyze data trends.
