**What do you like best about Arryved?**

The ease of operation has to be a key feature.  Even making changes to the interface is quick and easy.  The reports are very user friendly.  Quick customer service.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

The only thing we don't like about Arryved is not having access to the actual data tables to pull fully customizable reports.

Simple to use interface makes training staff quick and streamlined.

**What do you like best about Arryved?**

Reporting is great. We love the ux from an aesthetics standpoint. Arryved webinars are so helpful in understanding how to forcast future busniess.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

Need touch and swipe on single card reader. Need modifier buttons to be easier.  More intergrated hardware would be great

Again good reporting and we value the webinars that arryved host

Back office reports.  That's about it.  Filling the space bc you required a min character count

Blue tooth and hardware functionality.  I can add more if you'd like, but just filling character count

**What do you like best about Arryved?**

The best part of Arryved is the customer support. You never feel like you're being hung out to dry and they don't just send you links to articles if you have a problem. If we run into an issue mid-shift, I can just call support and they troubleshoot. I've literally never felt like a burden or like it was too much to call or email in. They help generate helpful reports, have an incredibly easy platform to use and it's a fantastic cost!

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

I love everything... Maybe the splitting and merging of tabs can be a little awkward, but that's from lack of use on my part. We don't really need to use that often being a brewery with very little food components to muddle up tabs.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arryved solves the need to basically be a computer programmer to add menu items. We had a new manager start and was able to pick up the system after watching the training videos and about a week of use. It's absolutely the most user friendly and also empowers the bar staff to feel as if they can actually use the system. Also, the customer support is something that you don't get with a lot of other Point of Sales sytems. They're all real, amazing people and if you're fortunate to meet them in person at conferences it'll make you love the company even more!

**What do you like best about Arryved?**

Admin navigation on the back end is quick and easy from adding new products to inventory, to getting new staff set up for clocking in and out. Starting tabs and ringing up customers is also quick and easy. Our previous system didn't allow us to start a tab and hand back customers' cards- we had to hang onto the card! Now we never have to deal with cards left behind. We also really love the donations feature and have been able to raise thousands of dollars for local organizations this year!

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

We are still waiting for Arryved to offer the option for shipping alcohol through online sales. It was previously a very small part of our sales, so it hasn't been a big priority, but it will be nice to have that feature available when the time comes.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Arryved helped us solve was creating tabs for customers without having to keep their cards on file. Food service in our tasting room is a separate company and folks used to have to return to close a tab and get their card to order food!

The help guides are great (they are actually very helpful!) and when our team can't figure something out using the help guides, we know we can easily get hold of someone from the customer service team.

**What do you like best about Arryved?**

Arryved is intuitive, efficient to use, and packed with features that allow for great sales tracking and reporting. Since it's cloud based, it makes it easy to edit and adjust menus remotely, and it requires minimal hardware to get started. Arryved even offers features like offline mode, which can be a life saver during internet outages, and a donation prompt, which allows guests to support our partner charities directly at the check out screen.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

I have yet to encounter any downsides with Arryved, and they continue to make improvements.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arryved helps us function quickly and efficiently, which leads to happier customers and increased sales.  Arryved also provides in-depth sales metrics, which allows us to better understand what's working and what isn't.

**What do you like best about Arryved?**

I like that my guests can access their tab with any server, at the bar, at the food counter or in our shop and that any staff member can close them out. The flexibility for guests allows us to keep selling.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

The swipers that work with the Android tablets can be a challenge at times. As a high volume operation we have gone through a lot of them.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arryved is great to work with because when you present them with an issue they always have (or are actively working on) a solution. Currently we are implementing the KDS into our very high volume kitchen and id it has been a game changer for us in how quickly we can get food out of our kitchen.

My favorite part about Arrryved is the amazing customer support team. The wait time to connect to a support agent is always very short, everyone is cheery and helpful, and they always help me solve my problem quickly.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

My only issue with Arryved is the lack of an app for iphone to be used to look up sales reports or ring people up on the go.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They fixed the issue with taking an order and not being able to add to an existing tab. Huge help!

Real time customer service. Being able to speak to someone on the phone during business hours is something you cant find with other POS companies.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

Would love to have a timestamp feature for inventory. In order for us to properly account for shrink or lost goods we have no way of knowing who added inventory

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile ordering has helped tremendously. Being able to sync inventory to our online store for merchandise sales has also been clutch.

The only downside we have experienced is a lack of API.

Our experience is that other PoS's are either extremely expensive or have poor UX.  Arryved provides robust functionality at a fair price. As a result, we can better equip our staff to serve our patrons.

The Arryved customer service is fantastic! When sending an email, I always hear back the same day. If I need a more immediate answer on something, they're a quick phone call away!

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

I would prefer to use the app on an IOS device instead of Android.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arryved customer service helped us create an online merchandise store, which is now functioning flawlessly and significantly increasing our merchandise sales! It's super easy!

Their customer service is always very quick to respond and is always very knowledgeable. They fix any problems right away, even on the weekends.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

Some of the backend things can get a bit technical but that's my own problem as i"m not very tech savvy. But they generally can always walk me through the fixes.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us in the past fix printers that have gone off line or if our internet goes down they have helped us get to the offline mode which is a huge help for when we are open.

The Human touch and desire to understand problems from the perspective of the business and from the customer before seeking a resolution.

Mind-blowing customer service that is better than anyone in the industry is accustomed.

Problems that I did not know existed previously, but instant configuration and resolution without being onsite.

Current issues that are unable to be fixed, missing features in the app (kicking modifiers, table marking, tags not being visable on all screens)

None at the moment, hopefully future intergrations will ease scheduling and payroll.

Cloud based system with tiered user levels. Daily sync with our financials. Portable tablets with single tab tracking for all locations.

**What do you dislike about Arryved?**

There was a learning curve to understand all the available reports, and sales data for a period greater than 30 days must be exported.

**What problems is Arryved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated sales tax reports and integrated financial sync reduces data entry.

East to use and integrate our staff.  Recommend!

So far we do not have any dislikes.  However, I would like to be able to show our Beer labels when we cast to the Screen on our Menu Boards.

It is great too for remote POS entry by our staff.  it is the total package for interaction with our customer  payments.
