  ### 1. Innovative approach, how remote collaboration can actually be integrated into daily business

**What do you like best about viewflip?**

What I particularly like is that, unlike other remote sharing tools, it is not primarily intended for remote control of computers, but is actually designed for fast and uncomplicated collaboration and accessibility of experts! Every company should register its own support staff on the platform, because the fact that when I share a particular program, I not only get to see my own contacts with whom I can collaborate on a project in real time with several mouse pointers, but also actual experts who have proven themselves to be competent in using this tool (as you can see from the rating of these experts), is really a super helpful approach compared to many online support chat tools! You can reach someone who is really familiar with the program within a few seconds. Great job!

**What do you dislike about viewflip?**

Although viewflip already offers many impressive functions, it would of course be nice if more functions were added over time. Aber was will man erwarten von einem neuen Tool, das gerade erst vor wenigen Monaten auf den Markt gebracht wurde? I think it's really great what a convincing job the small team of just 3 people has done, allegedly without any further funding up to this point! Hats off to them! It's especially great that the team is responding to the wishes of the community.

**What problems is viewflip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At last I don't have to agree with my colleagues and customers which tool we want to use in order to work together as efficiently as possible. I simply click on the viewflip icon and see directly who I can reach with just a second click. The fact that the connection is then immediately established and I can work with the person on the tool I have in front of me is just great!

**What do you like best about viewflip?**

We recently switched to Viewflip after trying out a few other collaboration tools, and we couldn’t be happier! It's so much better than what we were using before, and it’s just so much easier to navigate.

**What do you dislike about viewflip?**

It's would be great if there was a posibility to use it without the app.

**What problems is viewflip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screensharing/Colaboration between developers, VAs and our designer
