**What do you like best about VideoTouch?**

No coding is required because implementation and Integration are easy Closes more sales Easy to use and most importantly is customer support is excellent all team members use using frequently the main features are closing more sales zero production cost

**What do you dislike about VideoTouch?**

As of now no  reason to dislike VideoTouch

**What problems is VideoTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

first of all, VideoTouch is solving the challenges of video creation and increasing viewer engagement and the most like feature is analytics features is the best part of this

**What do you like best about VideoTouch?**

It was mostly used for collecting some internal video testimonials within the company. It worked quite well as advertised and was intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about VideoTouch?**

I would say that there is not anything I dislike about VideoTouch so far with my usage.

**What problems is VideoTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we are using it for a slightly different purpose than it is meant to be, it helps us collect video testimonials from within the company for better communication between teams.

**What do you like best about VideoTouch?**

Creating a campaign to ask for video testimonials and customising it for every client is one of the best parts of Videotouch. By sending a personal video message to my clients I can convert more requests for testimonials, since I started using Videotouch I have received more feedback than anticipated. I also love the video bubble that can be embedded on my website, it looks great and it´s helped my business get more leads.

**What do you dislike about VideoTouch?**

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Videotouch so far, the roadmap looks very promising and the tools work very well. There are new features such as more languages which I look forward to working with very shortly.

**What problems is VideoTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I am resolving is getting more feedback from existing clients, and more credible testimonials to support my business. Before using Videotouch I did find it very difficult to get my clients on the video to talk about my products and services, but this has dramatically improved since the adoption of Videotouch.
