&lt;p&gt;I’d ask clients what number actually makes it into their monthly business review. If the agency reports CTR while the client is discussing CAC, booked revenue, or store visits, something is disconnected. The strongest platform is probably the one that lets both sides argue over the same business outcome, not whose campaign dashboard looks better.&lt;/p&gt;
