Vi service desk manages ticket from creation to resolution it is provided transperancy

And it is very user friendly and convenient

We can get many reports in very less time

Excellent support and smooth integration

Platform offers automation features to reduce manual task and increase efficiency

And this platform enables users to connect with mobile devices whenever they want to go they can utilise it by managing the tickets

Certain customisation features are limited compare to other service desk platform

Integrating feature with other tools may require technical expertise and it is complex

Customer service encounters- I had high hopes for their service, but it fell far below my expectations. It took an incredibly long time for them to respond to my initial inquiry, leaving me in limbo and without any updates on the progress of my request. When I finally did receive a response, it was vague and lacked any substantial information. It seemed like the support team had a lack of knowledge or simply didn't care about my concerns. The best part of VI Service Desk is that it makes customer satisfaction its number one priority. There is some friction in the initial set up and integration required. Since most of my colleagues arent' very friendly with outside intervention, we could;ve used faster installation on the same Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to configure work flows for tickets, excellent reporting features and I love the fact that asset management is built into the product. This makes handling tickets and keeping track of what has been service on each system very easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
