Vevox Reviews & Product Details

Vevox is user-friendly, interactive, and provides instant feedback through live polls and Q&A, making sessions more engaging and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very little to dislike about Vevox. However, the user interface for some administrative functions could be more intuitive, and more advanced customization options for surveys and reports would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Vevox is simple to set up and provides real-time results, which is really helpful during our interactive sessions at roadshows. It's great that we can add questions to a presentation in just a couple of minutes, and attendees can provide feedback which then appears on the screen. I'm happy with the platform, finding it very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how there are so many options available in Vevox, especially the question library that makes it easy to create polls. I also enjoy how Vevox collaborates with us to create the best experience for our organisation. The question library saves us a lot of time in preparation. The collaboration with Vevox really shows they listen to their customers to enhance their platform. It was really easy to set up, and they provided us with workshops to get us going. Also, the integration through Teams and experimenting with their PowerPoint add-in works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes you have some layout issues in the powerpoint add-in, but they are working on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vevox is one of the best programs for gathering opinions and suggestions from your business's employees on topics and projects related to your professional operations, offering an interactive and innovative communication structure for each of its users.

I can also say that Vevox is a program that stands out for the ease with which its digital functions allow you to create professional and personalized opinion surveys, promoting the active participation of all your business's employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides a quick and easy way to increase engagement in the classroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I use Vevox primarily from within Powerpoint, there are some features which don't work as well as they do if you operate Vevox from the native dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Vevox for how it helps with student engagement in both small and large groups. It makes it easy to engage students, especially since not all of them are confident to speak. I like that I can engage them in different ways through polls, surveys, and Q&A. The anonymity feature is great, allowing students to participate without fear, and I can choose to have responses anonymous or identified. I also value being able to download the data at the end for further analysis. The ease of live engagement and the way Q&A allows questions to be populated without interruption are standout aspects for me. Additionally, setting it up was easy since we have institutional access. I think Vevox could improve by offering new features and more advanced analytics options instead of just downloading data as Excel. Integrating with tools like Power BI would be beneficial to automate analysis and help in improving engagement and teaching practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate being able to create interactive classes and how seamlessly the quizzes are integrated into the PowerPoints. My students are impressed by the way the correct answer is displayed. I also value that the platform is anonymous, not time-based, and doesn't highlight wrong answers with a red light. This really helps reduce students' anxiety and makes them feel more comfortable participating. I enjoy the variety of quizzes available—not just multiple choice, but also options like pinning on images or guessing a number. It is very easy to impement and reuse in following years. I also love that I can collect data about participation and identify muddy points during the class. The customer support is amazing, the Vevox team has alwways solved my issues and taken into consideration my feedback. I use in on all my classes in my three courses at DTU. The integration with PowerPoint occasionally glitches, especially when the titles are a bit long. It also takes some time to teach students the difference between quizzes and surveys, but overall, the effort is worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to reach a large audience at scale, and make learning fun! As an admin, the interface is extremely easy to use and the creation of quizzes is simple. It doesn't take a ton of training to understand and things can be set up extremely quickly, which helped us pivot when we had to move our event from in person to virtual. At the time we had to use it, there was not a Google Slide integration. I would say this was the biggest challenge we had but now that this is live, we will need to test it and see how it works for us.

One other thing is it would be nice to create one long session but still break up leader boards for specific topics in that section. This is easiest for admin and users so they don't need to continue to log in and out of sessions for Vevox and everything can be in one session but still accurate data. I mainly use it for Q&A sessions and polling, it’s easy to use for the participants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes some time to be fully comfortable with the « backstage » the platform. It is not so intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Vevox for its excellent UI and UX perspective, making it easy for attendees to get started even if it's their first time using it. I like how it combines simplicity on the surface with deeper customization options for organizers who want a more tailored solution. Vevox really stands out with its flexibility and focus, which allows us to meet the specific needs of our clients. Its simplicity and ease of access, like providing both a QR code and manual entry code, help remove any friction for attendees with varying technology proficiency, which is crucial during event days. Vevox has always been our first go-to solution for polling and session interactivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had a request recently for a demographic question to be asked before a user submits a Q&A question. I think this is a valid request, as sometimes an organizer may want to gauge more information about who has submitted a particular question to better understand why they are asking.
