**What do you like best about VetTools?**

The communication platform worked well and helped to automate some tasks.

**What do you dislike about VetTools?**

It seemed to work very slowly even after we upgraded our computers.

**What problems is VetTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to confirm our appointments and follow up afterwards which frees up the front desk staff for other important tasks.

**What do you like best about VetTools?**

I liked the ease of use and simple and easy to understand layout

**What do you dislike about VetTools?**

There would be glitches every now and then.

**Recommendations to others considering VetTools:**

Great software overall. Research what software would be best for your business interests.

**What problems is VetTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client communications and printing pet cage cards. Less stress because everything is on the computer rather than on file.
