What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

Not extremely user friendly. Clients accidently schedule appointments. Clients sometimes cannot fill out new client form, so we have to reach out for info and hope they answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

the load time is janky sometimes when you try to make your appt. I find that I would have to go back to another page and then go back into th page i was previously in to make it work again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Vetstoria reduces our reception workload. It saves us money as fewer receptionists are required. It never needs a holiday and is never sick. Clients like, no, expect to be able to book online these days. The system takes prepayments so fewer no shows and improved cash flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients being able to reschedule appointments could be more resilient, as this sometimes does not seem easy for clients to use or robust enough not to make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Integrates well with our current PMS and is easy to configure to allow different appointment types. We currently use Robovet and are migrating to Merlin shortly but will be taking all of our current features and more with us. Good level of control over what is booked when without being too cluttered. Interface is easy to navigate and use - intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

It's taken a little while for us to learn and integrate Vetstoria to its full potential - not a fault of the software but more our busy schedule. I'm yet to find any real negatives so far with the software, I just us to use it to its full capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Offers online appointment booking, you can book appointments anytime, anywhere, from any device. Moreover it is super easy to set up and maintain, adds and removes new staff as needed, in addition to being fully customizable to display the number of appointments for which you want to allow online bookings. Once the system is set up, it only works in the background and needs little or no maintenance, plus adding new vets, holidays, etc. Additionally Vetstoria has worked perfectly with our RxWorks system. It was also very easy to add to our practice website and Facebook pages, instagram, among other mobile applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

decided to dispense with your service for this reason, in addition to leaving several empty spaces between the appointments chosen by customers leaving an unusable time interval that sometimes exceeded up to 40 minutes. On the other hand new customers who book online require a follow-up call or email so that we can obtain additional pertinent information or know where to call for prior records.
