Best in the area of digital transformation and cloud solution expertise a Business can partner with. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** NaveenKumar L. | Test Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2021 **Describe the project or task Version 1 helped with:** We had a requirement to Digitalize one of our Pipeline management process and at organization level decision was made to go cloud, so we had to integrate the new application with the existing CRM and design the back end and API's in cloud. **What do you like best about Version 1?** The expertise they have when it comes to Customer Relationship Management tools and internal collaborative platform leveraging the AWS cloud. AWS services such as EC2, PostGresDB, AWS VPC and others. Also Mulesoft as API gateway was a great way to have control within the organization for all the transaction happening in the cloud. Also The AWS platform enabled Version 1 to address the core issues of data security, business continuity, and hardware end-of-life for the customer IT Operations. The Agile methodology were made use of by integrating Program increment and engaging all the stake holders quarterly. **What do you dislike about Version 1?** Some times onboarding a new resource or replacing an existing experts/ contractor would take more time than desirable costing significant time and delay in plans. **Recommendations to others considering Version 1:** They are good in what they do, go for them. **What problems is Version 1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help from them, we were able to successfully create the application on cloud integrated it into existing CRM application enabled our employees to use the application without much change in there process and resulted in significant increase in engagement and revenue. Saved a lot of time they were spending updating the excel or emailing them to there counter parts. ### 2. So this will include maintenance, new development, and anything else that is involved with our enterprisewide system. **What do you like best about Version 1?** The best thing is that all of the information is kept in one location for the entire team and any other stakeholders to access. **What do you dislike about Version 1?** It can be a cumbersome and overly complex application. Specifically, there are so many elements and navigation points that it is easy to get lost. Given that Version One is used across the enterprise, every team's information can be accessed and so it can become a case of information overload if the proper filters aren't enabled. And Version One allows so many ways to enter data and filter on it, which can be a two edged sword. **What problems is Version 1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not necessarily a problem, but given that we work in an agile environment we need a way to track the work we are doing, particularly since there is movement occurring every day.
