&lt;p&gt;The bigger learning curve is often the accounting standard itself, not the software. I’d look for platforms that make classification, journal entries, disclosures, and remeasurement logic transparent enough that a generalist controller can understand &lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt; the numbers changed, not just generate compliant reports.&lt;/p&gt;
