**What do you like best about VersaIMAGE-GOLD?**

I like that it makes legally binding paperwork easy to get to the client and manageable in an organized fashion

**What do you dislike about VersaIMAGE-GOLD?**

Bit buggy and for whatever reason, I had lots of freezing when I used the application, older clients have a hard time figuring out the esign process and make that a big stink often and makes the use of the application worthless as they just end up scanning in a signed c opy instead after an awful experience

**Recommendations to others considering VersaIMAGE-GOLD:**

Look at your options, most banks and companies that would use a system like this tend to already have something in place that works better with their established systems and network. This was fine, but I've enjoyed the in house system my present company uses far better and have far fewer issues with support and usage
