I would really appreciate it if the credentialing checklist allowed for more customization options. It would also be beneficial to have a feature that lets me send scheduled reports to customers who do not have access to the database. Furthermore, I think it would be useful to have the option to create additional tabs within the Credentialing Console. This way, Provider Profiles could stay visible on one screen, while other information—like internal process steps—could be organized separately, either on different screens or through a similar method that keeps process details and main provider information distinct. I am very pleased with Verifiable services since January 2023, especially in the domain of credentialing services and onboarding. My company did not switch from another vendor but added Verifiable on top of our existing credentialing platform. The collaboration was effective as Verifiable worked closely with us to address unique challenges presented by integrating two credentialing systems. They provided prompt resolutions, particularly rectifying data formatting issues, resulting in a fruitful product for our organization. Verifiable's ability to offer a smooth onboarding solution for new hires minimizes manual workload, effectively reducing turnaround times and satisfying internal teams. We encountered some challenges with the integration process primarily because we were simultaneously integrated two credentialing systems AND deploying Verifiable. The unique nature of our integration presented difficulties, particularly regarding the formatting of data and where it was placed, although Verifiable worked closely with us to address these issues. The fact that it is built on the Salesforce platform, gives us all the benefits of using Salesforce which is super highly customizable, we can built our own custom workflows and automations but we still have all of the integrations and verifications we need to support our Credentialing & Licensing processes. The team at Verifiable has been very responsive to our requests for improvements, have supported us when we have had any questions or needed help resolving any issues. I'm not sure that I would say there is much we dislike about Verifiable, the only downside is it is a younger platform but they are actively maturing the features and functions. The data structure behidn Board Certifications, particularly ABMS Board Certifications is a bit clunky and more complex than what we had previously, but it works. We’ve been using Verifiable for credentialing purposes at Octave for several months now, and the results have been impressive. This software has significantly streamlined our entire credentialing process, saving us valuable time and reducing the manual effort previously required.

One of the standout features of Verifiable is its use of web crawlers to automatically validate information. This has drastically reduced the time spent manually verifying the credentials of incoming providers. The accuracy and speed of the web crawlers ensure that we get up-to-date, reliable information in a fraction of the time it used to take.

Additionally, Verifiable’s API integration has been a game-changer for us. It seamlessly integrates with other departments within Octave, allowing us to share credentialing data in real-time across teams. This has improved cross-department collaboration, eliminated data silos, and provided everyone with a more unified view of providers' credentialing status which has resulted in improved efficiency and decision-making.

One of the most frustrating aspects has been the intermittent freezing of verifications. This disrupts our workflow significantly, as these freezes often require manual intervention to resolve or result in delays that affect our ability to meet deadlines. For a credentialing platform, reliability is critical, and these issues have a notable hindrance.

Also, Verifiable allows only four admin positions, which is restrictive for organizations of our size. In addition, Verifiable reserves one of these admin slots for itself, effectively leaving us with only three usable admin positions. This limitation forces us to compromise on team access, which can impede collaboration and efficiency.

While the report builder offers some level of customization, its utility is diminished without the roster generator feature. This omission leaves us unable to create cohesive, provider-centric reports directly, forcing us to rely on external tools to achieve the level of insight and organization we require.

A particularly tedious issue is the lack of default selections in scenarios where only one input is available. For instance, when a provider has only one item associated with their profile, users still need to manually select "primary" in a provider's license and certificate of insurance. This adds unnecessary clicks and create something that could easily be streamlined, something to consistently audit.

In summary, while Verifiable offers many valuable features, its technical limitations and usability issues present challenges that at times hinder efficiency. Addressing these issues would make it a far more robust tool for credentialing, especially for companies like Octave that require flexibility and reliability in their operations.
