For cities, counties, school districts, utilities, higher education, airport authorities and other municipal government agencies , we provide a cloud software platform for managing vendors, solicitations, and contracts. For vendors, we hand-code bids and RFPs from these buyers. It allows us to stay relevant on what's up and coming and be diligent in our growth as a company. **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** I had to learn the entire process since I had never used it before, but once I got it, it became a more easier system to work with. The support and persistence of the staff helped tremendously! **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem vendor registry is solving for me is marketing. Since I am registered with them I am able to see what professional cleaning opportunities are out there and pursue them. ### 2. Excellent customer service! Constant email alerts. **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** I would like to be able to add keywords that aren't relevant to my products. Such as maintenance, service, repairs, etc. **Recommendations to others considering Vendor Registry:** Highly recommend it! **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have only been using your services for a couple of months, so I have yet to see any benefits, but I'm optimistic and there is a lot of information inside of your portal, that I hope to find very useful. ### 6. Keely was able to help guide me through the arduous login process for new users, reset my password, and get me the information I needed quickly. She was very efficient. **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** Logging in was a little clunky for new users. I attempted to register a new login and it didn't recognize my new registration and password. I attempted to change my password and the email it sent me to reset it ended up sending me back to the page I was on previously. Just FYI, I think this needs to be fixed. **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't typically bid on public projects but this seems to have all that we need. ### 7. It provides the functionality that I need. **Recommendations to others considering Vendor Registry:** The more keywords the better. Also, I updated my W9 on one local government and it was also copied to all of the others. Finally, I needed to change my user ID, but didn't have the ability to do that myself on the vendor portal. Vendor Registry provides a chat service, and their employee Keely had it updated for me in minutes! Super customer service!! **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** I have not found anything I dislike......... **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of use in Vendor Registry cut the time I spent updating and renewing by at least half. ### 10. Vendor Registry also has the best staff! Holly Towle has been amazingly responsive and has such an awesome personality! Win-Win! **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** There is nothing that I dislike about Vendor Registry at all! **Recommendations to others considering Vendor Registry:** Try it and see that it is an amazing asset to your company. It will help you reach those markets that you thought were impossible to reach before utilizing Vendor Registry. **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vendor Registry has helped to open the door for my company to win contracts that we normally would have never known existed. Many of the sectors, particularly in the local government sector, they have introduced us to would have been missed since before we didn't know who to contact to try and complete this level of work with. Now we are registered with 50 local governments. This has been a huge Blessing to JG Logic®. ### 11. Competition is always good to ensure the pricing and services attained are comparable to what the market suggests buyers should be able to receive. Through Vendor Registry Alabama A&M University has been able to publicly advertise, store, and display bids to meet the State of Alabama Examiner of Public Accounts' requirements. ### 12. A single platform that is easy to use, has tremendous support when you need assistance and provides an opportunity to encourage better competition for bid solicitations. **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** We have been very happy thus far. Customer service has always been fast and friendly. **What do you dislike about Vendor Registry?** 1- Updates or downtime problems are not shared to end users in a timely manner. 2- When flaws/bugs are found by end user we rarely receive updates on those reported problems. **What problems is Vendor Registry solving and how is that benefiting you?** The entire contractual process is now up to date for our County.
