Velixo Pricing Overview

Velixo is a helpful tool to get data out of Intacct without having to write custom reports in Intacct. The most helpful tool is the writeback feature. My accounting team uses is to book journal entries which we just input in excel and then post through the writeback function. This allows us to set up an entire spreadsheet with multiple tabs for each entry, make monthly updates quick, and post them. My project managers use it for their WIP cost-to-complete calculations and they use the writeback feature to upload their latest forecast. This saves me a significant amount of time as I can pull their latest forecast without having to open a separate workbook for each project. We just recently went live with Intacct but Velixo is already saving me about 8 hours of work at month-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it easy to use as I'm good at following formulas, however sometimes other users have a hard time troubleshooting issues. It's typically something I can find easily by unhiding cells with certain formulas. It's also tricky to navigate when there are Intacct permission issues that are preventing a user from running a Velixo report, however I think that is more of an Intacct issue. Its ability to pull GIs and other Acumatica data into Excel to make very versatile custom reports. This is a key functionality that our company relies on to help us understand our financial and other key indicators Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coming from Vena, I really wish you in Velixo could pull the Acumatica data into cells and then the user could just overwrite the data in the cell and then have just the modified data cells writeback to Acumatica.

Also, I wish you had an audit trail functionality (lacking in Acumatica) whereby you would know: 1) who changed the data 2) when they changed it, and 3) what the old value was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
