Veeva Vault RIM Reviews & Product Details

We use it here at my work to have access to documents frecuency of use, also is great to review complex documentation we received and it is easy to follow, I really like the quick response of the Customer support department and how easy is to make the integration. Some important tabs are not on the home page. It take some time to perform some task. For example when we complete any training in veeva vault we have to go medidate part of Veena vault to sing the page.

Veeva Vault RIM is a comprehensive and complex system that can house many documents (document repository). It is a user-friendly system. Vault RIM can also be used for initiating workflows for the review of documents. It has an audit trail and report history, which is very useful for project tracking and project progress. The signature page is not attached to the actual document but is located in the medidata portion of Vault RIM. Additional steps need to be taken to locate the signature under additional tabs. Sometimes, it is difficult to locate documents in Veeva Vault RIM and filters need to be used to assist in locating specific documents.
