One more thing that I like personally is the LOGO. This is good, never change this. One more feature, which is requirement status, shows which requirement is open and is in the interview process. **What do you dislike about VectorVMS?** One thing I find a bit frustrating about VectorVMS is the UI, features, and options. It is not very attractive and smooth in process. As while clicking on requirements we must click on multiple tabs to get the details. All information and docs must be available only on the very first page which helps to get all at once. I would suggest making the UI more creative & attractive and options with fewer clicks and tabs. **What problems is VectorVMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, no update on that, but would like to see some changes soon. As I have shared a few points to change to make it more better. VectorVMS must make a difference by simplifying the whole vendor management process. The report options available on Vector are useless, please we are looking forward to it. I would love to share my positive thoughts and testimony if we see any changes in the future which will benefit our company. ### 3. As we are the vendor of the state of Ohio/PA. It will help us a lot to search the requirement and submit the candidate and onboarding the candidate ### 4. Easy to engage and disengage candidates. **What do you dislike about VectorVMS?** The most frustrating part about vector is having to individually approve timecards and expense reports. With 200 candidates this year needing weekly approvals, this is an extremely time-consuming task that I've resorted to doing on the weekends so I don't have to burn multiple hours of a work day. Where is the option to select all/select multiple and approve? **What problems is VectorVMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great tool that we and our staffing agencies use to more easily manage our continent workers.
