From day one, the support and professional guidance we received to integrate all of our corporate and regulatory compliance responsibilities into this one platform has been outstanding. VComply's tracking tools help our projects become more efficient by the easy, intuitive navigation for our employee end-users and the ability for multiple collaborators and reviewers to see shared programs and categories. The modules are intuitive and easy to understand. Policies can be accessed, attestted to, and connected to compliance responsibilities. VComply is scalable and flexible. It provides a single source of truth for policies, tracks versions, and revisions. Customer support has been great. Our questions and concerns have been addressed quickly by courteous professional team members. We use it everyday to cpmplete compliance responsibilities and check policies. It integrated well with our workforce and intranet portal. **What do you dislike about VComply?** On occasion, when responsibilities are updated, the next iteration of a recurring responsibility doesn't update right away. This can be confusing. **What problems is VComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** VComply solves the problem of which policy is the source of truth. It is easy to home all our policies in one application, schedule reviews, and verify that our employees have reviewed them with attestations. They move at your pace but at the same time assist you in setting goals for implementation as it works for you. More importantly, customer support listens to your needs and works toward providing solutions by creating an even better experience with the software. Compared to our previous GRC software company which basically provided no course to follow and left us on our own to implement, I now trust that we will move forward with VComply. Have no doubt that VComply sets you up for success! **What do you dislike about VComply?** To date, there is nothing I dislike about VComply and a great reason for that is because of the excellent customer service, prompt response, and attention to the needs of my organization. **What problems is VComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are about to reach our one-year anniversary as a customer with VComply and we have been very excited about our GRC software journey. There has been quite a bit of work we have had to do internally to get “our house” in order first, but it has been tremendously helpful to have the team at VComply be there for us as we progress through the modules. The software is easy to use and logical. We launched the policy module for our organization which finally allows us to centralize policies and have them accessible to all employees. That was one of our biggest struggles prior to VComply in dealing with policies in different locations. Healthcare compliance is heavily regulated, full of changes, and requires constant oversight. In order to effectively meet those challenges Vcomply provides abroad array of functionality. The various modules available through VComply offer a wide variety of solutions in key areas such as policy, assurance, risk, and survey functionality. The data available within Vcomply provides excellent at a glance information along with ease of use for in depth reporting and analysis. **What do you dislike about VComply?** VComply has a broad array of functionality and there is quite a bit of learning to become proficient. Vcomply is a company is also constantly changing and making improvements based on users feedback. **What do you dislike about VComply?** Downside to Vcomply is human error is still a factor. Because you have to manually write out what the Vcomply is for you can have misspelling or if multiple people are using different titles or word phrasing for the same type if Vcomply ex Fiscal compliance audit vs fiscal compliance review. A suggestion would be to allow for a drop down list. Ex "Fiscal compliance review follow up" that then allows for a drop down to categorize for which program the Vcomply is being assigned. If it is posable another suggestion would be to allow to link a program with a house supervisor and PM. That way once the Title has been determined and the program has been determined the house supervisor automatically inserted to the Who? slot (but still allow to change if it is needed) and program manager is automatically inputted to the oversight. **What problems is VComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vcomply is helping me track data and helps me stay organized. ### 23. Plus users love competition and hate to see their due diligence score drop below perfect which is a great incentive. From a governance perspective, the oversight provided to a board from the software is comforting for directors to clearly understand how the business is performing and what risk factors they need to be aware of. **What do you dislike about VComply?** Time consuming to set up in the beginning and does require a good foundation of understanding of the end point and how all the parts fit together as well as a good understand of your own internal procedures to get the best output. **Recommendations to others considering VComply:** There are benefits right across an organisation in implementing VComply. From better oversight at a board perspective, easy discharge of responsibility for operational teams, improved capacity within your compliance team and general cultural improvements between organisations. Noting also that in recent times as business have moved to more remote working, VComply has ensured that managers are still able to understand and assist their direct reports regardless of where they are. **What problems is VComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved the idea that internal compliance teams are enforces. Instead users are responsible for ensuring they are meeting their obligations as required by VComply, not the compliance team.
