Having recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, and staff information connected makes it easier to keep track of what is happening without jumping between different tools. **What do you dislike about Vars Health?** The platform is fairly straightforward once you get used to it, but there is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. Some features took me a little time to understand, especially when setting up workflows for the first time. **What problems is Vars Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Vars Health, it was difficult to keep track of [candidate availability / open shifts / staff status] across different tools.
