**What do you like best about Vapi?**

The ease of getting Voice agents to work is pretty straightforward, the system is well setup to configure agents and make inbound calls. If you're a developer working with their API they do have a good debug interface and good documentation. The information provided is sufficient that you can build a meaningful and useful integration. Being able to debug in the web panel is useful but it doesn't quite match the experience when you use inbound calls.

**What do you dislike about Vapi?**

Would be great to have some of the new voice AI models and remove the lag from text to speech. Document and RAG features could be improved to provide better context to agents.

**What problems is Vapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating customized voice agents that scale.
