The ease of getting Voice agents to work is pretty straightforward, the system is well setup to configure agents and make inbound calls. If you're a developer working with their API they do have a good debug interface and good documentation. The information provided is sufficient that you can build a meaningful and useful integration. Being able to debug in the web panel is useful but it doesn't quite match the experience when you use inbound calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
