**Describe the project or task VALiNTRY360 helped with:**

Valintry picked up a recently established Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) environment and has been working closely with us to clean up the implementation and to then create and launch specific marketing campaigns. They have audited and improved each independent arm of this cloud, including the Marketing Connector, parent-child relationships between business units, data extensions, email templates, SMS provisioning, journey creations, cloud landing pages, and more.

**What do you like best about VALiNTRY360?**

Valintry has been able to adapt their style to work with us.  They have scaled up and scaled down their team based on the projects we have asked them to complete.  They have brought in additional expertise where needed to perform specific, complex tasks.

**What do you dislike about VALiNTRY360?**

Valintry cannot complete all Salesforce work for us that we would like, as they don't have all of the specific expertise yet.  However, they are working to build that out.  We are engaged with them on marketing activities and they have completed those very well.  We would like for them to possibly assist with B2B Commerce and Service Cloud projects in the future as well.

**Recommendations to others considering VALiNTRY360:**

Valintry will really work with you to craft the experience and partnerships that you need.  They have proven to be good listeners and have adapted their style to us through several iterations of our project evolution.

**What problems is VALiNTRY360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valintry has helped us with everything from the basic integrations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, to creating and launching complex email journeys for e-commerce customers.  They have helped us design very well performing email campaigns which require specific data extension creations that not every agency is comfortable designing.

We used another partner during our implementation and there were many deliverables that we had in our go-live road map that were not completed. So, we brought VALiNTRY360 in to clean up some of the mess that was made and to help us really start to get on track to actually derive value from the Salesforce platform.

**What do you like best about VALiNTRY360?**

They have a sharp team, really understand the platform, and take the time to understand our processes. They ask the why behind some of the requests we’ve made and help us to understand where to customize Salesforce and where to adjust our process. It really is different from the other Salesforce partners we’ve experienced in that they’ve brought expertise, flexibility, creativity, competitive pricing, industry insights, and - most importantly - a successful engagement all in one place.

**What do you dislike about VALiNTRY360?**

Wish we would have chosen them to start our journey as it would have saved us time and money.

**Recommendations to others considering VALiNTRY360:**

We’re a publicly traded company and we reviewed quite a few partners, considered the traditional Top Tier Firms, and are grateful that we have VALiNTRY360 leading our implementation efforts now. As I mentioned for our initial install, we made a mistake and went with a different Salesforce partner. So glad that VALiNTRY360 came along to help correct their mistakes, deliver on items the other firm said was impossible (or extremely costly), and just help us right the ship on the direction we need to be heading. Not only is the team sharp technically, but they really consider the process, and leverage their years of experience. We’re seeing our adoption climb, all the leadership is fully on board and is excited to be getting real time data from our connected systems. We finally have a system that we know will be foundational for our future efforts as well. If you are considering any sort of Salesforce initiative, be it implementation, customization, or a true digital transformation, the team at VALiNTRY360 gets a strong recommendation from me.

**What problems is VALiNTRY360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are leveraging Salesforce for our Sales teams currently.  The goal was to create a system of record for our sales process and have Salesforce fully integrated with our ERP. Since implementation, we have collaborated with VALiNTRY360 to enhance our Salesforce in order to drive adoption and maximize ROI—just having those real time management dashboards and reporting functionality we didn’t have before was a game changer.

**Describe the project or task VALiNTRY360 helped with:**

We had two projects to complete with Valintry's help and are working on a proof of concept with them as well:  

Project 1 was a complete revamp of our existing Sales Cloud install that focused on our Life Sciences CRO sales engine, along with an expansion of Sales Cloud into our Healthcare Provider Network group.  This required a dozens of new processes, workflows, custom objects, and fields, along with an API integration with our custom application stack.  

Project 2 was a rollout of Service Cloud to our Patient Operations group to support the service needs of patients involved in both our traditional CRO services, as well as our COVID-19 related clinical trials.  

The proof of concept is focused on understanding how to enable Health Cloud to reduce our reliance on a bespoke application that we use for screening patients into clinical trials.

**What do you like best about VALiNTRY360?**

The team involved with our projects is incredibly sharp.   They understand our industry and they understand the Salesforce products extremely well.   Perhaps most importantly, most of the team has not spent their entire career as technology implementers.  They have backgrounds in operations, sales, service, etcetera.  It's a lot easier to trust their advice when you know it's based on relevant experience.

**What do you dislike about VALiNTRY360?**

No organization is perfect, but the team at Valintry is pretty good.  We did not have any problems with the team that aren't normal for any consulting  engagement / technology roll-out.  A few minor issues that were easy to resolve in a follow up call / email.  Most importantly, we did not have any change orders as a result of some deliverables changing along the way.

**Recommendations to others considering VALiNTRY360:**

I spent a decade in management consulting and have seen my share of mediocre consulting companies. This group is top notch. I would easily put them up against any larger, more well known, brand names.  Big tech shops carry a lot of prestige with them, but its a coin toss as to whether or not you will actually get a quality outcome.  Valintry would beat any of them on delivery, quality, speed, and probably price too. 

We operate in a sensitive data arena - even for healthcare.  It was important to us that we had a team that understood our space, our extreme caution with patient and provider data, HIPAA requirements, and an expectation that all of our requirements needed to be resolved by people working in the United States.  They checked all the boxes for us.

My recommendations for working with Valintry would be no different that working with any 3rd party professional services firm:  
1.  Know what you need to solve for, but don't focus on the solution.  Let Valintry help craft the solution, but try to focus your own energy on clearly understanding and communicating your problem.
2. Be transparent and honest.  I think the reason Valintry was great to work with was because we made it easy for them.  We didn't hide anything, play games with them or try to trick them with stupid gotchas.  As a result there was a lot of trust between the teams to make the partnership a success.

**What problems is VALiNTRY360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I covered most of this in the first section above:  We needed experts in Sales and Service to help us design our Salesforce platform in a way that a) met our business needs for today, but b) also provided a scalable solution that will still be relevant as we grow.    

The team was extremely flexible with us as our business reacted to COVID-19.  We went through a restructuring during the first project, and then had to pause that a start the second project to reach to market demands for COVID clinical trials.  The bigger tech houses would not have been able to be flexible with us in a similar way.
