## Valere Labs Reviews
  ### 1. WinMoreBD.ai building a cutting-edge agentic AI platform with Valere Labs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

They operate like a partner, not a vendor. They pushed back where it mattered during our selection process, and their team continues to challenge assumptions and contribute their own thinking every day. Valere’s people are talented, creative, and have risen to the demands of building on the bleeding edge of deep vertical AI-SaaS. Once we aligned as one integrated team, they consistently met tough deadlines driven by real contractual obligations. Their AWS-native depth is genuine and runs across the full stack.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

The early phase of the engagement required more time to align than either side anticipated. The complexity of our vision and the specialized nature of our market meant there was a genuine learning curve for everyone involved. But that’s the nature of building something nobody has built before. The team adapted, we found our rhythm, and now we’re delivering everyday for our customers.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a development partner to build a production-ready, AWS-native, multi-tenant AI SaaS platform that automates the federal capture lifecycle. The bar was significantly higher than a typical SaaS build. Our platform handles sensitive data across tenants who may compete against one another, so strict tenant isolation was non-negotiable. We needed an architecture aligned with a FedRAMP Equivalency roadmap from day one, and an AI layer built natively on AWS managed services. Beyond the technical complexity, our product automates a deeply specialized business process with many interdependent steps. This complexity is the world that our customer live in every day as they compete for contracts ranging from multiple hundreds of millions to multiple billions in total contract value. The demand for precision and excellence is high, and we needed a partner to help us deliver.
Valere is helping us automate a very complex, very interdependent business process that sits at the intersection of AI, government contracting, and enterprise software. This required a team effort: we brought the subject matter expertise for what we want the AI to do, our CTO brought his standards for building enterprise software, and Valere brought a development team that contributed new ideas, challenged ideas, and partnered with us to create something unique. The benefit is straightforward: we now have a product in market that is delivering tremendous value to our clients, and a credible path to FedRAMP Equivalency. None of us could have built this alone. Winning is a team sport, and Valere provided the team to help us deliver software that helps our clients win.

  ### 2. Strong Strategic Vision but Execution Fell Short

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

The strongest part of the engagement was the early strategic vision and willingness to discuss ambitious AI workflows. The team was responsive during the sales and initial discovery phase, and they were open to exploring complex use cases involving multimodal video analysis, transcription, and narrative-driven editing concepts.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

The main challenge was the growing gap between the sophistication discussed during discovery and the actual workflows delivered during development. Several core automation features remained highly manual or lacked the contextual intelligence originally envisioned. Important nuances of the workflow often had to be re-explained multiple times, which created concern that the discovery process had not fully translated into executable requirements. Over time, this led to repeated revisions, unclear expectations, and a product direction that felt increasingly reactive rather than strategically aligned with the original goals.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

I would strongly recommend investing extra time upfront in written acceptance criteria, milestone-based deliverables, and very explicit examples of the expected end product. For highly specialized AI or workflow automation projects, it is important to validate early prototypes against real production assets before committing significant budget to later phases.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Valere Labs to help build a custom AI-powered video intelligence and editing workflow for long-form bodycam and evidence footage. The intended business benefit was to automate highlight detection, rough-cut timeline generation, narration workflows, and final render preparation so our team could dramatically reduce manual editing time for YouTube-style documentary content.

  ### 3. A practical AI partner for fintech and operations teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

What stood out most was their ability to understand both the technical side of AI and the operational realities of a fintech business. They were practical in how they prioritized opportunities and focused on solutions that could fit into real processes involving payments, approvals, controls, and day-to-day operations. They also invested in knowledge transfer throughout the project. Rather than creating dependency, they helped our internal team become more self-sufficient, which made the engagement significantly more valuable long term.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

Overall, it was a strong experience with no major concerns. If I had to identify one area for improvement, slightly more structured written updates between meetings would have been helpful during some phases of the project. That said, communication was always responsive and feedback was acted on quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Come in with clear business goals and real operational context. They are strongest when working as a true partner rather than just an outsourced build team. For fintech companies especially, bringing internal product, engineering, and operations stakeholders into the process will help maximize results.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Valere to help identify practical AI opportunities across our fintech operations, particularly in payments workflows, finance operations, and internal support processes. We wanted a partner who could help us move quickly from ideas to execution while staying focused on use cases that could create measurable value. They helped us automate manual workflows for account payable, improve internal decision-making tools, and build a stronger foundation for future AI initiatives. Just as importantly, our internal product and engineering teams became much more capable working with AI tools and frameworks by the end of the engagement.

  ### 4. Long-Term AI-Native Product Partner Across Design, Product, and Engineering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Their ability to operate as a long-term partner across design, product management, and AI development rather than a vendor executing tickets. Strong AI capabilities (AWS OpenAI, natural language search) paired with genuine UX sensibility. They make strategic product recommendations, respect internal design vision, and push the work forward constructively. The cross-disciplinary integration is what stood out most over a year-long engagement.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

Early in the engagement, aligning on subjective design preferences took a few cycles. It's a normal part of any new design collaboration, and once shared patterns and a working rhythm were established, it stopped being a factor.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Come in with clear business outcomes and performance targets rather than rigid specifications. They're strongest when brought into problems, not just handed solutions. Treat it as a true partnership, expect constructive pushback, and lean on their AI-native product experience that's where they add the most value.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere helped us transform fragmented government property datasets into an intuitive, AI-native product experience. Over a full year, they partnered with our internal team across UX/UI design, product management, and AI engineering, reducing property research from hours to seconds for our end users. The benefit is strategic: we can now compete with established players on both design quality and AI capability while maintaining enterprise-scale performance.

  ### 5. True Design Partners Who Understand B2B Product Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

They operate like an extension of our team, not an outside vendor. Their approach to growth support spans design, product management, and marketing strategy in a way that feels integrated rather than siloed. They took time to understand the nuances of our B2B market - ticket brokers have specific workflows and expectations that consumer-facing design patterns don't address.
Their UX/UI work is grounded in real user behavior. They pushed back when our assumptions didn't align with what the user research and design best practices showed, which is exactly what we needed.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

We did not dislike anything while working with Valere.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to transform a functional but inconsistent platform into a cohesive product experience that professional brokers would actually want to use daily. Our users live in dashboards tracking sold inventory, pricing trends, market share data, and historical venue performance—complex workflows that required serious UX thinking.
Valere helped us solve the disconnect between our data capabilities and how users actually experience that information. They brought structure to our product roadmap and gave our platform a design system that scales. The benefit has been measurable: improved user engagement, clearer feature adoption paths, and a foundation we can build on confidently.

  ### 6. Outstanding AI/ML Partner for Serverless Document Processing Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José D. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Valere operates as a true extension of your team rather than a vendor. They integrated seamlessly into our delivery model—it never felt like a Caylent/Valere separation but rather one unified team fully aligned on our project standards. What impressed me most was their genuine commitment to excellence. Even when the customer provided positive feedback with minimal improvement requests, Shivani and Harshit remained eager to iterate and improve. This ownership mentality and care for quality outcomes is rare and speaks to their professional integrity.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

Honestly, very little. If I had to identify an area, it would be that their eagerness to improve sometimes meant spending extra cycles on refinement when the customer was already satisfied. However, this is hardly a criticism—it reflects their commitment to excellence rather than any actual deficiency.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

If you're seeking a partner (not just a vendor) for AI/ML and serverless AWS solutions, Valere is an excellent choice. They're particularly strong for teams that value self-management, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. Don't expect them to just execute tickets—they bring genuine care about outcomes and will push for quality even when requirements are met. They're ideal for complex technical projects requiring deep AWS expertise (Lambda, Bedrock, Textract) and modern AI/ML implementation. Set clear expectations around integration with your delivery processes, and they'll exceed them.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Valere to augment our team for an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution that processes 401(k) statements and financial documents. The goal was to build a serverless AWS architecture implementing dual extraction pipelines (AWS Textract + LLM and direct PDF to LLM) for comparative accuracy analysis, enabling our client to determine optimal LLM deployment strategies for their business case.

  ### 7. Exceptional Collaboration and Real-World Design Expertise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger s. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

- Valere delivered as promised and maintained budget discipline. They proactively communicated design trade-offs and partnered well with our Product Owners.
- Exceptional responsiveness. When operational realities didn't match initial assumptions, they quickly pivoted. Most impressive was their willingness to iterate—they didn't treat designs as final but continuously refined based on our subjective success criteria and user feedback from the dock floor.
- Most design firms focus on aesthetics; Valere's team spent time in our terminals understanding why a dispatcher makes certain decisions or how dock workers actually use handheld devices. This translated into designs that work in real-world conditions—not just in conference rooms.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

At the beginning of the engagement, there was a noticeable learning curve related to transportation-specific terminology and workflows. Although the team adapted quickly, the initial design iterations needed more revisions than I had anticipated. I would also appreciate more proactive documentation of design decisions, as the reasoning behind some UX choices was occasionally not recorded. This made handing off work to our internal team a bit more complicated.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Invest time upfront in collaborative discovery. Valere excels when they understand your operational context deeply—facilitate access to your actual users and workflows. Also, establish clear decision-making processes; their iterative approach works best when feedback loops are efficient. Finally, think beyond immediate needs—their design systems are built for scalability, so consider your 3-5 year roadmap during planning.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to modernize our legacy system and build a new LTL TMS Platform. They helped us: reduce manual effort, create a unified user experience, and build an excellent user expereince that is scalable enough to white-label for industry licensing.

  ### 8. Solid AI Partner committed to getting it right

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

The team's commitment to getting it right was exceptional. Building a GenAI chatbot that captures Death & Co's brand voice and bartender expertise required countless iterations on prompts and outputs. While there's always room for improvement, Valere put in the extra effort to ensure we were taken care of throughout our partnership and final delivery- including post-delivery questions and support. Valere didn't cut corners—they stayed with us through multiple refinement cycles to ensure the AI personality matched our books and maintained professional mixology standards. They were responsive when we had concerns and genuinely cared about delivering a product we could be proud of. Their technical team explained complex AI concepts in ways we could actually understand, which was critical since we're not tech people.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

As a client, we sometimes felt we had to drive the project timeline and flag issues rather than having them anticipated. More proactive project management would have been helpful—specifically, clearer milestone check-ins and earlier identification of potential roadblocks. There were moments where we needed to push for updates rather than receiving them automatically. For a GenAI project with inherent uncertainties, having someone proactively managing expectations and communicating progress would have reduced our stress.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

If you're tackling a GenAI project with subjective quality requirements, Valere is a solid choice—but make sure you establish clear communication rhythms upfront. Expect an iterative process, especially with prompt engineering and AI personality tuning. Be prepared to provide detailed feedback and examples of what "success" looks like for you. Their technical chops are strong, but you'll want to ensure project management structure matches your needs. Overall, they delivered a strong foundation for our AI bartender chatbot, and we're pleased with the results.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had over 2,000 cocktail recipes sitting in static databases with no interactive way for customers to access them. Users couldn't easily find recipes based on their available ingredients or get personalized recommendations. Valere built our AI bartender chatbot, "Cocktail Rolodex," which now provides conversational, expert-level cocktail guidance while capturing valuable customer data for our marketing funnel. This positions us as an innovation leader in cocktail culture and creates a foundation for future e-commerce and educational integrations.

  ### 9. Reliable AI/ML Partner Delivering Real Business Value on Complex GenAI Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Valere's collaborative execution model stands out. Rather than just delivering a final product, their team worked alongside our team throughout the engagement, building capability and confidence as they went. Their technical team (Miguel and Alvaro) demonstrated strong expertise in GenAI applications while remaining flexible to project requirements. They understood the technical stack and designed solutions that fit naturally into existing workflows. Most importantly, they focused on delivering measurable business outcomes, rather than just building technology for its own sake.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

The initial timeline required some adjustment as requirements were refined to meet our evolving needs. However, Valere remained responsive and committed to getting it right rather than rushing to meet arbitrary deadlines. This actually became a strength as it ensured the final solution truly addressed the operational bottleneck.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Valere is well-suited for organizations needing AI/ML expertise delivered collaboratively rather than as a black box. They work best when engaged as true partners in problem-solving rather than simply vendors executing specifications. If you need a team that can navigate ambiguity, adapt to client technology stacks, and focus on business outcomes rather than just technical implementation, Valere is a strong choice. Set clear success criteria upfront, but allow flexibility in how those outcomes are achieved. Valere's expertise shines when given room to iterate toward the right solution.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere helped us implement an AI-enabled training capability that replaced a slow, manual onboarding process. The previous approach required significant hands-on effort and did not scale well. Valere designed and delivered an automated solution that provides structured guidance and real-time feedback, which significantly reduced onboarding time and operational overhead. This improved consistency, increased throughput, and allowed our teams to focus on higher-value work. Working with Valere as a partner expands our ability to deliver complex AI initiatives with confidence and maintain a high standard of execution.

  ### 10. Very attentive and quick turnaround on mobile app development.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** fernando l. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

They were competent and knowledgeable in the project I was trying to create. They gave me options and advice on how to make things better. They were receptive on my requests and gave me daily updates.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

Only thing that bothered me a bit was that I wasn't really aware of when the team was working or when they were available. We used a slack channel to keep in touch and for the most part I would get a response within a couple of hours. The developers are based out of India so I would anticipate that my questions would take some time to get a response seeing as I'm in California.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

They're professional and build quick. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to start any kind of mobile app development project.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm gave Valere a chance to help with my project after the previous company I hired couldn't deliver. Valere helped with getting my app bug free and run smoothly. They were able to get my app working correctly with a 3rd party API system.

  ### 11. Exceptional AI Expertise and Unmatched Commitment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Their AI competency is genuine - not just buzzwords. The team understood the nuances of GenAI challenges we were facing with prompt engineering and output consistency. What impressed me most was their willingness to iterate beyond the initial scope when our subjective quality requirements kept evolving. They treated our success metrics as their own and didn't declare victory until we were confident in the product.
The leadership was hands-on throughout, and their delivery quality remained consistent even as we pushed them on refinements.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

Honestly, the only friction point was around timeline expectations early on. Because we kept refining requirements based on real-world GenAI behavior (which is inherently unpredictable), some milestones shifted. That said, they were transparent about trade-offs and ultimately delivered everything we needed. It's more of a reflection on the nature of AI development than their execution.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Be clear about your success criteria upfront, especially with AI projects where "good enough" is subjective. Valere will work with you to get it right, but the more precise you can be about your quality bar, the smoother the process. Also, leverage their strategic thinking - they're not just implementers; they'll challenge your assumptions in productive ways.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere helped us migrate from a Zapier-based chatbot to an enterprise-grade AI platform on AWS. We were stuck with operational limitations that prevented us from targeting enterprise customers over $100M in revenue. They rebuilt our entire backend, redesigned the UX/UI, and significantly improved our AI model's accuracy through iterative prompt engineering and output refinement.
The result: we improved chatbot response accuracy by 50%, increased user satisfaction by 30%, and positioned ourselves to capture a meaningful share of the Microsoft CSP opportunity. We're now servicing enterprise clients we couldn't even pitch to before.

  ### 12. A dedicated, flexible partner for mobile app development and growth.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Their team is proactive, collaborative, and deeply invested in our success. They don’t just take orders—they offer thoughtful solutions and ask the right questions to improve the product. Communication is smooth, deadlines are clear, and they’re always willing to pivot when priorities shift. It truly feels like they’re part of our internal team.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

There are occasional delays when priorities stack up. But they’re transparent about timelines, and if something is urgent, they respond quickly. Better time zone overlap and more structured QA would be helpful as we continue to grow.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Valere is a great fit if you’re a founder or lean team looking for a trustworthy mobile dev partner who can build, iterate, and scale with you. Be clear about your goals, stay in close communication, and treat them like a true extension of your team. They’ll show up for you.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere has been instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining our iOS and Android apps. As a non-technical founder, I needed a partner I could trust to handle both development and product thinking. Valere helps us implement new features, resolve bugs quickly, and support our growth initiatives, including performance tracking and third-party integrations. They've allowed us to move faster without building an internal dev team.

  ### 13. Reliable Partner for HIPAA-Compliant Healthcare AI Platform Development

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Team creativity, responsiveness, and execution

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

No complaints; they are highly effective!

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

As with any software initiative, clear goals and expectations for success! Problem definition is also critical, but the Valere team can help refine even the most nebulous of concepts.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex software development initiative across multiple healthcare organizations and stakeholders, requiring context-aware data ingestion and rendering to facilitate near real time insights on patient activities for value based care contract success.

Team was dependable and responsive and provided an excellent solution within the timeframe.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

There was nothing to dislike about Valere.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to implement an AI-powered SMS agent system with human oversight capabilities to scale our patient communication while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The project required:
Building a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review system for AI-generated responses
Real-time dashboard with WebSocket integration
Google SSO authentication and access control
Intent detection with Salesforce CRM integration
Comprehensive observability and monitoring infrastructure
Production-ready deployment on AWS

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Very responsive to requests for changes.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

There is some opportunity to add more structure around timelines and progress tracking, particularly as the product matures and moves through the final stretch. This is understandable given how innovative and challenging the project has been from both an AI and product perspective.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

Interview the Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, Development Project Manager, Front End and Back end developers directly during the hiring process.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project definition, UX/UI and backend resulting in an excellent interface with functional backend integration.

  ### 18. Professional, Responsive, and Consultive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennan L. | Managing Director / Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

When working on a new project things don't always go as planned. Valere has always been very understanding and accommodating both on timeframes and cost. When we tell them we have a specific budget for a build they provide a solution that works with our budget.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

The management team is based in the US but the developers we work with are based in other countries. Sometimes it was difficult to convey what we were trying to accomplish. Management does a good job at following up to make sure everything is on track and going as planned.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

If looking for a developer to work with I would highly recommend giving Valere an opportunity to propose on your project.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere has completed app maintence, new builds, and advisory/consulting work for my company. They have been able to execute our requests on a timely manner and have proposed great ideas my team hadn't thought of. This allowed my company to go to market in a timely manner.

  ### 19. Valere App Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

The personnel at Valere are communicative, and even the "top" people in the company seem to take a personal interest in each project taking place. They worked with me very closely to ensure every detail of my project was exactly the way I wanted it to be.

I feel they do care deeply about each project, no matter how big or how small it may be.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

The team that I'm working with at Valere is extremely detail-oriented, which is normally a great thing, but in my case, my app launch kept getting delayed and additional costs were incurred.

My initial estimate for time to completion and associated cost were not even close by the end of development.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

You'll find a great team of subject matter experts! Each question I had was answered thoroughly, and if things were still unclear, they found other ways to get me to understand what was happening.

I will say that I should have asked more questions upfront regarding the timeline and completion of the project because I my project timeline did exceed all initial estimations.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing an app for law enforcement use.

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

Amazing communication, very streamlined work flows and strong teams on the project. Fantastic software buildout and always making timelines.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

There wasn't anything I would pinpoint disliking. And whenever there was a moment where part of the project or communciation felt off (which was rare) they went above and beyond to solve the problem and make sure the project was on track and our company was happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

If you are looking for a company to hear your vision, take the time to understand and bring it to life, and go above and beyond Valere will do that for you. I knew very little about tech going into this software buildout, and they went above and beyond to understand what I was wanting to create, and to bring it to life quickly. Our company is incredibly happy with the decision to work with Valere and will be continuing to develop our project out further with them!

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere helped me create innovative software that was vital to my industry, and we have already had success with it since its recent launch.

**What do you like best about Valere Labs?**

They go above what's asked of them. We work together on solving issues and they bring some to my attention that I wasn't aware of. They look out for their clients. They look at the details and make sure every aspect works; if it doesn't, they work on fixing it.

**What do you dislike about Valere Labs?**

It would be great if we were closer in distance but it's a global workforce now.

**Recommendations to others considering Valere Labs:**

I looked around when I needed to make a change and they stood out and now I know why. They were responsive, inquisitive yet manageable on cost. Searching and finding the right team can be a challenge and I'm so glad I found it with Valere. We work on making our app the best it can be now as that's the most important way to spend our time.

**What problems is Valere Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valere stepped in to work with us on our app and they've been the perfect partner. It's not easy taking over work from another developer and not a situation any company wants to be in as it's often easier to start over. But, they stepped in and we've been growing ever since. I can trust them and know they can deliver on the tasks.
