Sometimes they send many messages to the email.

**What problems is V2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't see any problems in V2.

**What do you like best about V2?**

Fluid and fast platform, excellent for recording quality monitoring.

**What do you dislike about V2?**

Missing some functions, such as:

Recognition of feedback by the monitored person;
Release monitoring for monitored access only after review by the leader;
Leader/analyst comments;
Results charts;

**What problems is V2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I used the tool it was useful for quality measurement and analysis of frequent annotations (failures).
