## About Utility Ranger
Utility Ranger is software-only RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) billing for multifamily owners and property management companies operating between 10 and 3,000 units — the segment most utility billing platforms overlook. Most operators in this range are stuck absorbing utility costs that should be recovered, or locked into billing vendors with slow reimbursement timelines and call centers that don't know their properties. Utility Ranger puts that control back in the operator's hands: you own the billing process, the calculations, and the resident relationship. The software handles the invoicing and delivery. Typical results are 80–95% utility cost recovery within the first billing cycle, with most operators running billing independently in about 30 minutes a month by month three. No unit minimums, no long-term contracts, and a 60-day free trial that includes your first billing session. Integrates with most major PMSs.

It takes the complicated task of utility billing and streamlines it into a quick, easy-to-use process.

**What do you dislike about Utility Ranger?**

So far, I haven’t found any downsides to using Utility Ranger.

**What problems is Utility Ranger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took over management of a property that was already using RUBS for utility billing, and we had no prior experience with it. Utility Ranger made the transition straightforward for both us and our tenants.
