Most operators in this range are stuck absorbing utility costs that should be recovered, or locked into billing vendors with slow reimbursement timelines and call centers that don't know their properties. Utility Ranger puts that control back in the operator's hands: you own the billing process, the calculations, and the resident relationship. The software handles the invoicing and delivery. Typical results are 80–95% utility cost recovery within the first billing cycle, with most operators running billing independently in about 30 minutes a month by month three. Utility Ranger made the transition straightforward for both us and our tenants. ### 2. It gives us a chance to look into why that is before releasing a bunch of bills to residents. Obviously I want it to integrate with AppFolio, but they're working on it! **What problems is Utility Ranger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Posting and keeping track of utilities. Bills back tenants for the common building utilities.
