Cloud based and can set up unassisted which means not having to talk to consultants to get the job done

When looking for a system shortlist companies that look like a fit, have demos of each product, then request your own working environment or sandpit to play in before buying.

**What problems is Utility Billing in the cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing my customers in a complex environment that has , Time of Use, Peak, Off Peak, Shoulder Billing. Business day count for issue dates, due dates. Multiple meters, multiple registers, consolidated and isolated billing. Variable start and end dates, and critical market system integration is handled for us.

**What do you like best about Utility Billing in the cloud?**

no pc software to install just need my internet browser so i can do the billing from home. fantastic. Also like that i don't need to do anything to add customers as they can sign up online and set themselves up

There is a particular report I want the format changed, which is coming in the next few weeks.

I spend so much less time doing billing. it used to take me sooo long now its a few buttons and the jobs done, all the invoices are ready and i send them off mostly by email. Now i'm making it my mission to get all the customers onto email bills and auto-pay and my life will be even more simple.
