As a chauffeur service provider, timing is everything and US Fleet let us pinpoint our chauffeurs' locations for clients. It is in real-time, and the software doesn't jump the vehicles all over the map. Tracking individual vehicles on particular trips is easy and the overall system is very user friendy. I'm not sure if it was the heat, but we always had issues with vehicles that would show-up as "idling", even for months on end. This was an issue for us and one of the reasons why we switched. Customer service was good and they tried to assist us, but we still had issues. I would assume that they have upgraded their GPS units since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
