What do you like best about Pixie?

There are a lot of great things about Pixie. The ability to organize projects, assign tasks, and clearly see what needs to be done—and when—has been a game changer. It keeps everything moving forward and significantly reduces the mental load of trying to track deadlines and follow-ups manually. The task management features make it easy to stay on top of client work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The templates are another standout feature. Having standardized email templates saves a tremendous amount of time and ensures consistent communication with clients. It also helps maintain a professional tone across the firm. In addition, using templates to build out SOPs creates clear, repeatable processes that improve efficiency and make training team members much easier. Overall, Pixie helps streamline workflows, improve accountability, and create more structure within the practice.

Our staff of 8 uses this software extensively on a daily basis. We do not use the integration features as they are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pixie?

Pixie’s support has been extremely frustrating. Updates frequently introduce issues that disrupt features that were previously working seamlessly, which creates unnecessary downtime and inefficiency. Instead of improvements enhancing the system, it often feels like we’re dealing with new problems after each rollout. Even more concerning is the amount of time it takes to resolve those issues—sometimes months—leaving users to either work around broken functionality or delay processes altogether.

The limited support structure only adds to the frustration. With ticket-only support and no meaningful real-time assistance, it can feel like concerns disappear into a queue with little transparency or urgency. For a platform that firms rely on daily to manage critical workflows, stronger and more responsive support is essential. When core tools stop working, we need timely fixes and proactive communication—not prolonged delays and minimal engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pixie?

Firstly, before we started using the software, the relationship management was fantastic. They have always had a focus on people and providing fantastic service.

The software is fantastic too. We are a lean firm (we aren't dealing with 1000s of clients. So for us having bespoke tasks and high focus on advisory allows us to deliver on everything that we need. Compliance tasks are easily on repeat, and our team are always accountable.

There are a lot of new features on the road map too, so a lot of good to come! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pixie?

It's not so much a dislike, but we have trouble with multiple assignees for more complex tasks on templates. Each time a member is done with part of the task it needs to be reassigned - which is fine, but in future I'm sure there are plans to automate this process further. What do you like best about Pixie?

It's like a dynamic spreadsheet and very intuitive and simple with columns and lists and dates and filters and can be tailored for your firm and flexed so really do love this for two years plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pixie?

It's not a dislike, but through its simplicity, there is a lack of complexity, and sometimes need workarounds in terms of how reports are produced, there is also some development possibilities around statistics and this would be splendid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pixie?

Pixie is easy to use, integrates with our email well and gives us the flexibility to create our own workflows, as well as providing us templates to use as we wish. We don't use our outlook anymore, logging straight into pixie every morning and receiving daily reminders for outstanding tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pixie?

Most of the similar apps like pixie are kinda annoying but this one works well with our tools, its more about getting used to it, Something I also really like it's that Pixie is an friendly app and that makes things easier for my agents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pixie?

Not sure why, but sometimes a window pops up suddenly and this becomes annoying, it is only my impression or this can be fixed by our local IT team, but there is no nothin else I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pixie?

The most helpful things about Pixie is it's simplicity.

Task templates make recurring task much easier and its user interface are quite enough.And it's flexible CRM allows you to centralise client detail alongside the email and document timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
