**What do you like best about Upscope?**

HelloScreen has enabled our CS team to get valuable insights into users' accounts, whether they are assisting via email or phone support. Since implementation, our user satisfaction has skyrocketed for phone support, and overall employee happiness improved with further tools to enable our CS team. Installing HelloScreen took less than 2 minutes, and the customer support we had at the beginning was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

The pricing is a bit confusing and not upfront.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows our CS team to see what actions a user is making, and easily guide them step-by-step on their technical questions. HelloScreen has solved our largest painpoint of our large average call time, and since implementing, our agents have been able to have quicker calls, with the customer being happier as well.

I truly appreciate the way we can connect with our clients so effortlessly and seamlessly, allowing us to provide them with the necessary assistance they need. It’s remarkable how this ease of communication enables us to meet their needs effectively and build strong relationships.

I really wish that I had the ability to communicate with clients directly through the Upscope platform. It would make interactions so much more seamless and efficient. Additionally, I sometimes find myself facing difficulties when trying to locate clients, especially when I search for them using their email addresses.

Being able to co-browse with my clients is a faster way to communicate with them on a different level.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

Some people don't know how to refresh their page on there end and the only way to co-browse is for them to reload their page. I try to walk clients through it but some still have difficulty.. making us not able to do so.

Being able to see what the clients sees makes it so much easier to communicate with them. Also makes the process faster.

It's very easy to use, straightforward, and very intuitive even for older users. Great for customer support, especially when customers need an extra hand locating things and explaining what they are seeing.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I can become laggy very easily, both parties must have a very good internet connection.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes customers do not know where to locate certain settings and they are not tech-savvy enough to follow instructions, co-browsing with upscope allows us to turn a 25-30-minute frustrating customer interaction into a 5-minute conversation.

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

The option to share audio, draw and direct customers, the option to mute now and the clarity of sharing screens anywhere in the world! I will also say that the product is very reliable and easy to use - no training required at all actually. Plug and play!

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

There are limitations such as when a user has ad blockers enabled this can cause some disruptions with the interactiosn but I understand that this is not entirely on UpScope

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to effectively communicate with and assist our customers on the fly. Here at ActiveCampaign, we've only ever offered live chat support and whilst we have screen recordings to offer, that doesn't always answer their request in a live scenario.

We have access to caller's screen, we can navigate on their end. It works on mobile and computer.

There is nothing I can think of for using upscope, maybe only having access to certain screen not other tabs..

Show the caller where to find information and see what error they can possibly be experiencing.

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

The ease of which a customer can grant access and screen share is crucial to the tool. It allows for seamless communication and improves our training efforts immensely.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I only wish it could be used on an app for mobile devices. Our website training has vastly improved, but we still have to use the old fashioned ways for training our customers on our mobile app. 

Basically, my only issue is that I want to use Upscope more often.

When training a new customer, traditional screen sharing only goes so far and leaves much to be desired in terms of smooth communication. With Upscope, we can instruct the customer on how to use our tool but still provide clear and concise guidence when needed. Let the customer drive and they are more engaged.

This is the best demonstraion software I've ever used.  It's very easy to connect and link up with a logged in client.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

10x More easier to show clients how to use our software with Upscope, than on a shared screeen zoom call

When screen sharing the client woud either have to see my screen (shows too much info) or listen to my direction guiding him thought his screen- Total Mouse Control on the client's login.  I can also confirm the client knows how to login properly.

Upscope has been very helpful to out advocates and members, being able to directly see what out clients are using has been a huge help, also being able to show them directly what to push and where to look has been a fantastic improvement

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

Sometimes the clients do not show as active even though they have told me multiple times they are logged in, at times like that is can be very frustrating as we tell the cl that we can assist but then we basically have to do it blind, also sometimes the names are innacurate making it hard to find the CL

Upscope is helpng us in any issues with the cl having problems on the DB, cl is unable to find or do certain things on the website, the cl are able to share screens with us and co-browse and we are a able to assist the cl fully

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

The idea of upscope is great. So being able to jump into a customers account and see their account and talk with them is the thing I like most about Upscope along with the apparent ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

My experience has been very mixed. When I think about the idea of upscope it is that I am trying to provide a better experience. However I often run into issues getting onto the call. The call doesn't connect. The image lags sometimes so I can't see the screen the customer is on for a bit and when I am having to only take one chat to focus on the upscope instead of multiple chats, I feel this actually backtracks the usefulness of the app and makes it an even larger hindrance than if I was to stick to chat.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upscope should be helping us to solve our customer experience. To me, the main thing I am trying to bring to customers is to help them easily, and quickly understand the process I am trying to explain to them. So if I am doing that in chat. That depends on the ease of the situation and being able to explain as well as how fast myself or the customer can type.

Upscope is a good tool to see User's screens. It has helped me a lot in day to day basis to troubleshoot issues better and lot quicker without asking customers to send screenshots.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

It is laggy on few situations and even cursor do not sync properly. I have also noticed on some occasions we are unable to get into customer's PC.

It helps  me to see user's screens and help them to navigate and solve issues without need of sending screenshots. Also, it is easier to understand issues by actually looking at them.

I can share information with my clients for them to see as we talk over numbers. It makes things easier rather then trying to picture it. I like how i can controll the slide only.

What I find leat helpful sometimes the screens arent matching up so when I circle something or point on a specific are its on a different spot on the page the client is viewing.

By co-browsing it allows my clients to view all the many things being talked abount over the phone so it provides a visual aid to help keep things understood during the conversation.

Sometimes searching for a customer account using e-mail doesn't show results even if the customer is active at the moment.

Upscope lets me connect to clients very quickly and without them having to download anything - very useful if they are computer-challenged.

It's also helpful if they are on a chromebook or their OS permissions don't allow a dedicated remote viewing software like AnyDesk to run.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

Sometimes it is a bit slow and your clicks don't seem to register.  Or, it won't let the client click - you seem to fight the client for who can click.  Not too big a deal; just annoying.

It allows me to send invites for co-browse / screen-sharing sessions with our customers for us to be able to troubleshoot problems that are not easily resolved with just talking over the phone.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like about it is that it's not always consistently working but I think that's mainly due to some latency/connection issues either from my side or also from the customer's

It helps us in helping our customers problems with their account, mostly in areas that they are unfamiliar with or are having troubles navigating to.

Upscope has many great things about it and very few problems! The only problem i can think of is the connection when operating the cosumer screen is, on occasion, not the best!

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

This tool allows me to guide the client through their online account so smoothly. It's like i'm holding their hand the whole way. Our clients are very overwhelmed by the time they get through their onboarding process and thrn to me. The last thing they want to do is become even more stressed about not knowing how to navigate through their online account. Upscope relieves that stress!

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

It doesn't provide possible reasons as to why we are unable to send them a request to share their screen with us.

It's allowing for a better customer experience. It relieves any added stress that the clients online account might create for them by not knowing how to navigate thrpugh it on their own.

When it comes to diagnosing issues as IT support for Nurses and Doctors. This application is a very useful tool.

There are times when I enter one code and get a few different options in the same location. At this point, it becomes like a guessing game. Just add 2 digits to the code.

Getting to see the user interface from their perspective. Allowing a smoother support process. As well as utilizing the helpful Highlight tool.

What I like best about Upscope is the ability to screen share and help navigate to where information is located and  see what they are able to see, answer any questions at that time and explain the  information on the screen.

sometimes it doesn't allow me to select items on the screen or will freeze the cursor.

It's easier to direct than to explain, which make things less frustrating and they are able to see and take note of what I'm saying.

I enjoy being able to co--browse with clients and give them an engaging experience while educating them on our product.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I dislike that each client usually has to refresh their page in order to successfully utilize the co-browse feature on our dashboard. I'm not sure if Upscope is to blame or our system but I've noticed there has been less of  seamless experience as of lately. I still enjoy using it and would recommend it!

Upscope is helping us connect and engage with the client by giving them a visual and keeping their attention. This helps them to conceptualize the numbers -which is an important deciding factor on whether they choose our service.

Being able to show clients what I am referring to versus explaining where it is on the page.

Nothing serious. Sometimes it doesn't connect to the email that I have entered for the client in Zendesk. It also doesn't let me view one particular page on our website when clients navigate there.

A easy and convenient way to show my sales demo to all of my clients

mobile option keeps locking up, if there was a way to keep clients screens running so the phone won't automatically shut down.

My leads no longer pop up in the main page, I can only access them through direct link.

The disconnect between consumer and sales person, being over the phone, makes the call a little more personalble.

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

I used to work for a financial company that insisted we use their outdated screen sharing software to close loans. It was a PAIN to go through this process since it required the customer to provide us a remote sharing code which would often be incorrect or time out. It just makes sense to automatically connect to your customers screen by just clicking on their name within the search feature. I'm now able to effectively communicate to the customer what they're doing wrong without the awkward back and forth of securing a screen sharing code or the awkward silence waiting for the screen share to actually load. Often, I'm able to quickly tune in to what the customers seeing without even needing to ask for a minute to open up their screen. Extremely impressed with upscope

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

At times, I'll be on the phone with a customer and Upscope doesn't show that they're online. I'm sure theres a workaround to this but not too sure what that would be.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving customers issues after we upgrade our platform and change where certain features are.

There's a lag to it, but it could be just a connection issue, other than that its great.

We use Upscope for virtual work, since we were no longer able to meet in person during covid. We have continued using it and it has been a very positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

There used to be more bugs like it working better in Chrome, etc. Lately, the only problem is sometimes parts of the screen doesn't load, but that may be the website or internet connection, not Upscope.

Being able to work with people virtually.

The ease of use - It is incredibly simple to use and effective for our customers. We have never experienced push back and it always help us to reach a solution quicker.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I don't find, from my use of Upscope, that there is anything to dislike. We have been using it for over 6 months and clients have never struggled to access or use the software and it was simple to install etc. It's a great tool.

We have an incredibly complicated platform, and often, the instructions we have to give are five or more steps. Typing these out works fine but being able to guide by marking the customer's screen is such an addition!

We integrated Upscope with Intercom and it unlocked an entirely new dimension of support. Now with literally one click, we can view a customer's screen immediately and recognize the problem faster than ever!

There is nothing I dislike, they have fixed the one strange issue with having a strange login process, but it works great!

Give it a try you will love it for supporting customers!!

We help our customers use our CRM software. When they write in we try and fix their issues right away but sometimes it's hard to understand what they are saying. Upscope allows us to view the customer's screen as if we are looking over their shoulders. It's brilliant!
