While my overall experience with UPPER has been very positive, there were a couple of challenges in the beginning. Initially, it took some time before I was matched with a role, I wasn’t invited to any interviews for a couple of months, which felt a bit uncertain. However, this changed once a well-matched opportunity came through, and the process quickly gained momentum. Additionally, there isn’t always clear visibility on when payments are processed. I assume this depends on the timelines of their clients, but having more transparency or updates in that area would definitely enhance the experience.
