Hello, my name is Pradumn Singh. I want to share my experience .Before enrolling in their course, they painted a rosy picture and influenced me to take up the course again and again calling me. I enrolled in March 2023 for an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain, with 6 months of online study at that time i was working at Amazon ,Bangalore. and the remaining 1 year in Germany However, they promised provide to full assistance through my visa file and oncampus which turned out to be false. The visa team at upGrad did not review my file properly and my visa got rejected twice. I had to seek help from an agent, costing me 70k. They misled students by assuring a quick course completion and assistance with visa applications to relocate to Germany. Now, I am pursuing the course from India because i have not other choice and it lacks practical knowledge in the online sessions. Based on my experience, Me and my friends regrets getting enrolled at upGrad. I recommend exploring alternative platforms and conducting thorough research before making any decisions, as it could save you both time and money to avoid using any services from Upgard. Doing so may result in unnecessary costs and a waste of time.

1. Constant bombardment on email. Its almost insane how much they harass individuals.

2. Horrible course co-ordinators. Some of them felt llike school dropouts! They had coordination skills of a 2 year old and the mind of a 6 month infant.

3. Unreliable student support. Our grades were constantly botched up till the last day. Replies were generic and calls were returned with hollow assurances.

4. Some of the professors were outright horrible. When we complained about this, we were punished with more lectures from the same professor. Smart.

5. Constantly begging to us for referrals. Imagine it was so bad, I had to put it out here! No UpGrad, you have wasted my money so I won't let you do that to my friends.

6. Course material was below average to say the least.

The other name of Upgrad should be SPAMMER. They will irritate you to the core with referral messages. I get one WhatsApp message almost every day from their staff (aka referral buddy) to refer someone. I am fed up requesting them to stop harassing me with these requests, but no use. An organization that cannot manage the requests of its formal students won't be able to teach anything good.. So if you want to save yourself from getting spammed, don't enroll for any course. Great Learning platform to learn new technical and soft skills to be presentable in the current market scenario because the courses are designed in trending manner and we can learn the enrolled courses on our own pace which can make learning easier. The rate of the courses are very high which can not be affordable by some people. Also sometimes it may lack In-Person teaching methodolgy which some persons prefer to learn. Maximum upgrad courses are paid to you, and their fee is much higher than average college. The app is good, but one negative point - videos are always in landscape mode, but even if you set up your phone on landscape mode, the text contents don't appear in the landscape.
